Broadcast Management Group (BMG) is looking for a full-time Junior Accountant to help perform daily AP/AR, payroll and HR duties. This position will work closely with the Accounting/ Business Operations Manager, and will help streamline all accounting and operations functions: vendor onboarding, processing payables, receivables, preparing payroll batches, and performing HR duties — new hire onboarding, PTO accrual reconciliation, and fielding questions regarding benefits/enrollment.
Primary responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:
Must know QuickBooks, must know how to process payroll with Paychex or like system, must have experience with handling payroll and business insurance along with onboarding employees and contractors.
